All international orders must be prepaid in US currency. Method of payment by BANK WIRE ONLY. Please call or fax us for our bank wire information. Please include a wire fee of $25.00 plus shipping and handling charges.

We accept credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa), Certified Checks, Money Orders, and Bank Wire in US currency. Make all payments/checks payable to "Dance Equipment International."Purchase orders accepted from City, State, and Federal Government institutions and Public School systems. NET 15 DAYS FROM INVOICE. All items are shipped FOB our warehouses. Different equipment items ordered may be shipped from multi-warehouse locations. All LOST OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE CLAIMS must be made to the delivering freight company by the customer within 4 days of delivery; please retain the carton(s) and contents intact.
Please be advised that delivery drivers are not obligated to make inside deliveries. It is your responsibility to arrange transport equipment from truck to your facility.
Dance Equipment International is not responsible for costs related to the delay, damage or installation of its floors, equipment or products. Please order carefully as NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED, with the following exceptions. If we make an error in your order, or if the item(s) are received with a manufacturers defect (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE FREIGHT DAMAGES), we will replace the item(s) as ordered. You must notify Dance Equipment International within 72 hours of receipt to validate your claim. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
